A Canadian corporation (Federal /Provincial) which wishes to carry on business in another province or territory other than the province or territory in which it is incorporated need to be registered in that province to carry on business; this registration process called an extra-provincial registration. For Example: Extra-provincial registration means obtaining a license from the Government of Ontario/ AB/ BC and/or filing any other required information, to carry on business in Ontario/BC/ AB or any provinces.
